The collective noun for unicorns is "a blessing of unicorns" and we believe that all our children are indeed blessings to be nurtured and encouraged to grow into the best that they can be.
Set in the small and friendly Lowveld town of Tzaneen in Limpopo, Unicorn Preparatory School is an English Medium day school. We are driven by an English Christian ethos which encourages integrity, self respect and respect for others. Unicorn Preparatory School caters for boys and girls from Grade R to Grade 7 and we currently have over 356 pupils enrolled.

Our Open Day is on hold for this year due to the Corona Virus and regulations around gatherings of more than 50 people. However, by clicking on this link you will get a good overview of what our unique school offers.

Applications for 2022 open at the start of the academic year on Monday, 25 January 2021 and close on Friday, 27 August 2021. Provisional applications may also be made 5 years in advance.

Unicorn Preparatory uses an administration system called "Staffroom". This is an online based system and has several new features; both for the school and for parents. One of the parental features is the Parental Portal. This portal is called the Intouch Parent/Student portal and is there for your convenience to access relevant school information regarding your child/children.
All policies, rules and regulations and procedures are working documents. As such, as the school grows, we will be updating policies as necessary. If you feel that there is something which is not clear or you have a suggestion, please feel free to email secretary@unicornschool.co.za
