An off-line email server retrieves Email for your domain via a Dial-up connection from our email server where mail is temporarily held.

Mail from anywhere in the world for your domain is directed by the DNS system down your leased line internet connection to your mail server.
The workstations on your LAN then automatically bring the mail to each user.
