Pan fry for 10 minutes on medium heat, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. Oven-bake at 180˚C for 8 - 10 minutes until golden brown, turning once during the cooking time. Serve whilst hot with mustard or a selection of dipping sauces.
