400 g | Eskort Mini Cheese Grillers |
3 | gem squash, halved |
250 ml | cherry tomatoes, halved |
100 g | diced mushrooms |
30 ml | olive oil |
125 ml | crumbled feta |
Method:
Fry the Eskort Mini Cheese Grillers in a pan until cooked through.
Drizzle the olive oil over the halved gem squash and fill with the cheese grillers and the rest of the ingredients.
Wrap the squash in foil (individually or together) and put them in the braai coals for 30 minutes. For those who wish to avoid charring, rather cook in an oven or on a gas braai - note, this will take longer.
